At Prillus, we are always striving to do the best for our customers .. so when we see a company do the best for us, it is noticed and appreciated. Recently we had an outage in our email and internet accounts. It did not last long, and as far as we knew it could have been anything. The next day we received an email from GoDaddy explaining the outage and taking full responsibility for the problem and any time that was lost. They even offered a one month credit for all of our active websites. Seeing a large company like GoDaddy admit that they made a mistake and take the initiative to correct it and retain customers is rare. We believe that all businesses should have a similar set of core values, and this is someone that we model our business and values after.
A quote from the email reflects the sincerity of the apology:
"We let you down and we know it. We take our responsibilities — and the trust you place in us — very seriously. I cannot express how sorry I am to those of you who were inconvenienced."
Thank you GoDaddy for being a company that we can all look to as an example of what we strive to be!
